Grimsby Life Centre Ministries
We are a phone call away! If you are feeling overwhelmed with anxiety, loneliness or wish to talk to one of our psychotherapist or counsellors, we are here to help during this COVID-19 situation! Please call 905-309-0944 and we will be answering the phones Monday through Friday daily between 9:00am and 4:00pm. Due to the social distancing, all of our psychotherapists and counsellors are working from home calling clients and/or video chatting privately. Each Counsellor has made a confidential virtual office in their home so that we can continue to help as many people as we can! Sometimes we all need help!

Walking Together Indigenous Conference
Kanata Baptist Church and Bilberry Baptist Church are co-organizing a free Indigenous themed online series. These will begin the third week of October and will consist of evening conversations with Indigenous leaders. This is the first such virtual conference, and it will be the fifth Indigenous conference in Ontario co-sponsored by Canadian Baptists of Ontario & Quebec, and Canadian Baptist Ministries. It is our prayer that the conference will continue educating non-Indigenous people about the past and that this series of online events will be a small step in the reconciliation journey. While we cannot change the past, we can learn from it and we can affect the future. Part one of this conference will be completely online and will be a weekly series of evening events to listen and learn from keynote speakers with conversation via questions and answers after each session. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will not be a cost to register, but registration is required. For informtion and to register vist www.kbc.ca/WalkingTogether1.
